I completed the doctoral program in Clinical and School Psychology at Hofstra University in 1986 and have been a licensed NYS psychologist and certified school psychologist since 1987. I have devoted the last 25 years to my private practice in Commack, NY.
- I am an interactive therapist and I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort.
- My intention is to help people to identify and use their strengths as I believe it is important for people to focus on what they do well.
- People experience difficulty in life for a variety of reasons. While there are so many circumstances which are not under our control, it is my goal to help people to recognize what is in their control and focus their energy in these areas.
- I have great respect for my patients and I am optimistic about what they can accomplish. I believe that people have the capacity to be their own best guide.
